Ground Floor Remodelling and extension – Huddersfield
Narrative have been employed to provide the design drawings for a ground floor remodelling and extension in rural Huddersfield.
After an initial video call a socially-distanced site survey was undertaken so that initial ‘as-existing’ and proposal options could be created.
With all alterations to be conducted through permitted development, the scheme is currently at the detailed design stage following our second meeting to discuss our initial ideas.

side extension – Herefordshire
In this project narrative are working with the client to provide a first-floor extension which is sensitive to the popular residential area that surrounds the property.
After undertaking a measured site survey, narrative have worked with the client to produce some initial ideas which will go on to inform the detailed design.

Flat Remodelling – Birmingham
In the business district of central Birmingham, narrative have been working upon the remodelling of a city centre Birmingham apartment with the addition of an extra bedroom with reconfigured kitchen and lounge.
The project is currently being constructed and we’re looking forward to photographing the finished project soon!

Ground Floor Extension & Loft Conversion – Herefordshire
Narrative are also happy to help you explore ideas. In this small residential scheme we worked with our client (a young family) to explore how a loft conversion could work for them.
We therefore, after undertaking a measured survey, produced a variety of different proposals bearing in mind the budget and how the property would continue to work for the family as time passes.
On the right you can see a handful of proposal drawings which were sufficient to allow a contractor to provide estimated costs for.

Community Project – Milan
This is a speculative project narrative undertook to provide an urban farm, cafe and office buildings for a suburb in Milan, Italy.
Learning is important at Narrative and we will continue to look at interesting projects and learning new skills as the industry develops.
We are able to provide realistic renderings (as seen to the right) which show the atmosphere of a scheme, whilst also producing beautiful drawings.
